Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.
- 2.Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the box.
- 3.Pack Your Air Purifier
Securely pack the unit in its original packaging, including all filters and manuals, to ensure the product is protected during transit.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
